COME GROW WITH US!!! We are seeking Assembly Line Production Workers to join our team!!

The Assembly Line Production Worker is responsible for building a top-quality Roller Shade for our customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for assembly of a quality product, using hand or power tools based on drawings and work instructions to achieve on time delivery schedule. Efficiently prioritize assembly operation to ensure production output per requirements.
  • Responsible for fitting and installing hardware or fabric materials to frame and brackets, locate and position material as required. Perform duties with minimal supervisor. Maintain organized and clean work environment to facilitate manufacturing functions, performing all work activates in accordance with safety standards.
  • Accountable for inspecting completed product for quality, accuracy and recording quantity of items assembled. Able to bring defects/problems to the attention of supervisor before it goes to customer.
  • Participate/lead in continuous improvement projects by recognizing and sharing suggestions on areas of improvement.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to foster and maintain positive working relations by demonstrating a professional and positive work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment. Capacity to prioritize and multitask for maximum efficiency without sacrificing customer satisfaction and accuracy.
  • Must have excellent attendance to support production schedules.
  • Other various duties as assigned to support the organization.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a manufacturing environment. This job will be exposed to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibrations. This list is not all inclusive.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk and hear. The employee is regularly required 8-10 hours a day to stand, walk, use steps, use hands to fingers, reach with hands, repetitive bending and squatting. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is required of the employee. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In addition, the position will require occasional overtime. In some cases, overtime may be assigned the same day as the need.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 /hour
